Bio: The Painter Werner Van Hoylandt was born on 17 March 1951 in Reet, in Flanders. In 1982 he left Belgium to settle and paint in the south of France. Since 1969 he has had many exhibitions in France, Belgium, Holland, Monaco, England, USA, Canada, Switserland, Japan and China.
